A few times ago - that was...er...let's see... beginning of the year. I read that. And said myself a cello and a voice, it's for me. That's how I'd registered it in one of my notebooks, like that: “Mrs Pilgrimm, a cello and her voice, it's for me.” The notebook, I'd put it aside and, as can happen, a little forgotten. Last november, I stowed away my shambles and bang ! I fall on my notebook. I open it and aloud, as I sometimes do, I read : “Mrs Pilgrimm, a cello and her voice, it's for me.” Some googlings later, here are two albums ordered via Cd baby. In the days that follow, maybe eight maybe ten, I walked in the alley which carries out to my letter box, Charles Mingus and Fables of Faubus in the ears - a version of May 5, 1959 - when, half way, I see the postman. In his hands, the large hard-bound envelope I know well. Cd baby, 'baby ! After some general and definitive sentences about the weather, the extreme mildness of the season, the grocer at the corner who closes but soon taken over by a couple of young people one will see, the envelope is in my hands. While walking, automatically, I open it, quickly inspects its contents : the cello and the voice which are for me are there. And if they are for me, they can also be for you. No doubt.
