M'étais garé près du stade. Il était vide. Un vent du nord, glacial, soufflait. Les herbes et les feuilles des arbres suivaient le mouvement. J'attendais. Dans l'crachoir cd, avais choisi d'écouter possessed du Balanescu Quartet. Z' en étaient à jouer leur version de "The Model" quand me suis dit que ce serait pas mal,si en plus du stade, des immeubles et de la prairie par derrière, on ramenait l'océan ici, la mer et une jetée. J'imaginais "The model" pendant que les vagues se fracasseraient sur la jetée...Je ne sais comment ni pourquoi, un nuage traversant d'un pas rapide mon champ de vision et le ciel, me fit penser à ce jour où, fonçant vers la côte nord dans sa vieille 4L, elle avait son permis de conduire moi pas, nous parlions d'avenir en écoutant "I want" de ce fabuleux groupe que reste Department S. Justement nous allions voir ce qu'allait donner "going left right" face aux roches sauvages attaquées par une des plus belles tempêtes que j'ai jamais vue.

I had parked myself close to the stadium. It was empty. A north icy wind blew.
The grasses and the leaves in the trees followed the movement. I waited.
In the cd spitoon, I had chosen to listen to "possessed", Balanescu Quartet.
They were to play their version of "The Model" when I thought it would be great
if one brought back the ocean here in the middle of these buildings, the sea with a pier.
Imagine Balanescu's "model" version while the waves would be crashed into pieces against the pier...
I don't know how nor why, a quick-step crossing cloud in the sky, made me think about this day
when driving northern-coast fast in her old 4L, (she had her driving licence, me not),
we spoke about future and listened to "I want" from Department S . We were going to play
"going left right" against the wild rocks attacked by the waves in one of the most
beautiful storms I ever saw.
